Use of Service

Carpio provides a library of sound effects for use with Apple CarPlay. You may:

• Browse and preview sounds on our website
• Download and use sounds through the Carpio iOS app
• Set sounds as your CarPlay startup sound for personal use
• Create custom sounds using the app's built-in tools

Intellectual Property

The sounds, designs, and content within Carpio are owned by us or licensed to us. You may not redistribute, resell, or use the sounds for commercial purposes outside of personal CarPlay use without written permission.

Subscriptions & Purchases

Some sounds and features require a premium subscription or one-time purchase. All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms. Refund requests should be directed to Apple.

User Content

When you create custom sounds using our tools, you retain ownership of your original content. You are responsible for ensuring that any content you import or create does not violate third-party rights.

Limitation of Liability

Carpio is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our app or website, including but not limited to compatibility issues with specific vehicles or CarPlay versions.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of Carpio after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
